One of the most popular toys for babies has been recalled. If your child has one, take it away immediately.

Consumer Product Safety Commission shared this on Twitter.

Please note that, according to the manufacturer website, this only affects the version of this toy that was sold after January 1, 2016. Older versions of the toy are not included in this recall.

What to do if you have one? Here's the instructions from Oball:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled Oball Rattle away from small children and complete the registration form to the right.  Upon completion of the registration, you will receive a kit to return your affected product and be eligible to receive your refund.
