LEWISTON, Idaho (Press Release)- The Idaho Transportation Board is holding a subcommittee meeting Wednesday (March 23) at 4 p.m. Pacific Time in Grangeville to discuss an application to allow trucks weighing up to 129,000 pounds on a section of Idaho 13.

The meeting will be at the U.S. Forest Service building, 104 Airport Road.

The subcommittee may vote to hold the application to gather additional information, recommend the full transportation board hold a formal hearing, or reject or approve the application. The result of any decisions will be presented to the full transportation board at a meeting later this month.

Those who are in the north-central Idaho area and who wish to attend the meeting via video conference can do so at the Idaho Transportation Department’s District 2 office in Lewiston, 2600 Frontage Road. The meeting also will be available via video conference in Boise at the Idaho Transportation Department Headquarters, 3311 W. State Street. In Boise, the meeting will start at 5 p.m. Mountain Time.

Public testimony will not be taken at the meeting.
