Political violence is nothing new and historically can even change governments

James Hodgkinson wasn’t a crazed psychotic.  He may have had a very rational approach to his shooting spree against Republicans.  As I listened to coverage following the attack, it struck me we may have all this wrong.  Political violence is nothing new and historically can even change governments or the balance of power within government.  The balance in the U.S. Senate is a swing of just two seats.  Had two Republican Senators been killed, the balance could temporarily, at least, be drastically changed.  I explain in the video below.
