Jerome 18 Year Old Charged with Lewd Conduct

TWIN FALLS, Id ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A Jerome man is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

According to court documents, 18 year old Cody Herrera had a relationship with the underage girl starting in November of last year. In March, the girl reported to police that Herrera had sexually assaulted her.

The victims said Herrera forced himself on her while the two were together in her bedroom on March 2nd. He is being charged with felony lewd conduct with a minor under 16. His bond was set at $25,000.
