JEROME, Idaho (KLIX) – The Jerome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help as it investigates two drive-by shootings that occurred Jan. 24 and Feb. 3 at the same residence.

A little before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, a resident in the 100 block of 200 W. Road reported hearing multiple gunshots outside the home and a vehicle of unknown description driving off and heading north, according to information by the sheriff’s office on Friday. When law enforcement arrived to investigate, they found a bullet hole in a vehicle parked at the residence.

The first incident happened two weeks prior, on Jan. 24, when at about 7:10 p.m. the resident called to report three gunshots fired at the house and a small black car leaving the area, according to the news release. When deputies arrived, they discovered two bullet holes in the house. They also recovered three shell casings from the roadway in front of the house.
