JEROME, Id. ( KMVT/KSVT) A preliminary hearing for a Jerome man charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon without the intent to kill and felony first degree kidnapping has been set for December 18.

Isaac Licano-Serrano 37 of Jerome was charged in Jerome Magistrate Court Monday. Earlier, Monday, he pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and aggravated battery in Jerome District court. According to court records, Licano-Serrano shot Ricardo Nunez, 63 of Shoshone on October 5. The victim drove to St. Luke’s in Jerome where he was taken by air ambulance to St. Alphonsus in Boise for treatment.
