Jerome Police Take Down Barricaded Suspect

(KLIX)-Jerome Police pulled a wanted man from a Jerome residence earlier this morning. At about 9:27am police responded to the Big Tree Trailer Court on a domestic violence call. Police knocked on the door without a response but could hear someone inside. Police surrounded the residence and blocked off area streets. The suspect refused to respond to officers. Eventually they went in with a K-9 unit from the Twin Falls Sheriff office. The found 26 year old Ethan Christensen underneath a couch with a gun. Christensen is wanted in Oregon on felony charges. He is now facing additional charges of domestic battery, resisting arrest and felony possession of a firearm. Jerome Sheriff, Idaho State Police and Twin Falls Sheriff assisted in the take down.
