SUN VALLEY, Idaho (AP) — A central Idaho judge has dismissed a former Sun Valley city administrator's wrongful termination lawsuit against the city.

The Idaho Mountain Express reports that 5th District Court Judge Jonathan Brody ruled Monday that Sharon Hammer accepted a six-month severance package and in exchange released the city from any potential claims. The Sun Valley City Council fired Hammer in January 2012 for unstated reasons.

Hammer contended she was fired for revealing harassment by a councilman, and that the firing violated Idaho's Protection of Public Employees Act. The city in a statement says it's pleased with the decision.
