A Kimberly woman has been charged with felony trafficking methamphetamine after she was arrested for some bizarre behavior earlier this week.  Police received a call earlier this week about a woman parked in a driveway in the 2700 block of Paint Brush Drive, inside her car honking the horn and screaming.  She was lying in a fetal position in the car seat and claiming she was getting subliminal messages from her radio.  By the time police go to the scene 29 year old Lynnsey Cummings had driven away.  But police found Cummings  later at an apartment complex.  Police say they searched her car and found  over 100 grams of meth with a street value of over $3300 dollars along with other drug paraphernalia.  Cummings is currently in jail on $25,000 bond.  A preliminary hearing is set for May 20th.
