Idaho will soon have another LDS temple.  Church officials say a new Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple will be built just outside of meridian. The church announced last spring that it would build its second Treasure Valley temple but hadn’t disclosed the site until Monday. Construction is expected to take about two years once started. Other details — such as size, cost and design — haven’t been revealed. Technically, the site is unincorporated land outside Meridian city limits and close to Eagle. Church officials will be working with Ada County’s Planning and Zoning Department to develop the just over 12 acres, said Craig Rasmussen, a spokesman for the church.
