This week,  Idaho political expert Randy Stapilus explores the "links between Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Luna, the education business K12, the Albertson Foundation and others", House bill 111 that would give tribes law enforcement authority on reservations, and some disconnects with Idaho voters.
