US Highway 30 between Buhl and Hagerman was blocked for about two hours yesterday afternoon.  A semi-truck crashed into the back of another vehicle that was waiting behind a third vehicle to make a left-hand turn.  The truck, driven by 49 year old Sam Rathbun of Buhl, was unable to stop in time and jackknifed, striking one vehicle and ending up with a crushed fuel tank.  About 150 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the road.  The accident happened just after 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon at milepost 192.  No one was seriously injured but one man, 76 year old Richard Pullen, who was in the vehicle struck by the sime, was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.  Police say neither alcohol nor road conditions were factors in the crash.  Earlier in the day a two vehicle crash at Red Cap Corner north of Kimberly closed roads for a while.   The driver of one of the vehicles, Lewis Porter, failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Highway 50 and 3500 East road.  His car was hit by antoher vehicle driven by Roselda Lobera.  Lobera was taken to the hospital by ambulance for non-life threatening injuries.  That accident happened around 10:30 yesterday morning.
