Magic Valley Chorale Seeks Choir Members

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – This fall may be your chance to let your voice be heard – literally. Magic Valley Chorale is accepting applications for choir members for the fall semester.

Registration is 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 25 at the choir room in the Fine Arts Building on the College of Southern Idaho campus. Rehearsal will start at 7 p.m. that day, according to a news release, and every Thursday thereafter. Membership is $10 per semester.

The fall concert, which is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, in the CSI Fine Arts Auditorium, will include Bach’s Magnificat and Garland of Carols (a medley of carols) with choir and orchestra. The audience will participate during the second half. Conductor is Carson Wong; accompanist is Sue Miller.
