Twin Falls County Sheriff Tom Carter beat back his Republican challenger Jack Johnson…Jerome County Sheriff Doug McFall handily beat challenger Dan Chatterton…It was an upset in Cassia County with Jay Heward unseating Sheriff Randy Kidd.   Minidoka County Sheriff Kevin Halverson easily won  over his challenger Kenneth Mort as did Lincoln County Sheriff  Kevin Ellis over Mike Bright.  Blaine County Sheriff Gene Ramsey reclaimed Republican nomination over  challenger Larry Clark.

For the 4^th time the Jerome County Jail $10.7 million facilities bond issue failed to get the needed 2/3rds majority vote.

Castleford School District two-year, $300,000 annual supplemental levy issue passed.

Filer School District two-year, $500,000 annual supplemental levy issue also passed.

Valley School District two-year, $300,000 annual supplemental levy issue passed.

Wendell School District two-year, $155,000 annual supplemental levy issue passed.

As did the  five-year, $300,000 annual plant facilities levy issue.

Republican Jerome County Commissioner Cathy Roemer beat opponent Sam Harris.

District 1GOP Cassia County Commissioner Paul Christensen beat Mike Fehlman
District 3 (GOP) Commissioner Dennis Crane beat Calvin Jones and Dee Yeaman

Burley Public Library $3.2 million facilities bond issue failed.

GOODING COUNTY  Republican commissioner Terrell Williams was defeated by Wayne Chandler

Richfield School District two-year, $225,000 annual supplemental levy issue passed

As did the Shoshone School District two-year, $300,000 annual supplemental levy.
