Man Charged With Murder In Filer Pleads Not Guilty

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - A Twin Falls man facing first degree murder charges was in court today. Bradly James went before Judge Richard Bevan today for his arraignment where he pled not guilty.

If he is found guilty, he could face the death penalty, life in prison or a minimum of 10 years behind bars. He is currently being held in the Twin Falls county jail without bond.

James is accused of stabbing Larry Miller 25 times, then shooting him in the face.
Police say this happened in a house on the corner of Main and Stevens street in Filer in December of 2013.

Miller managed to make his way from the house to a nearby business where he died.
James is a veteran of the military, a life-long resident of the Magic Valley and the relative of a local attorney. He will appear in court again next month for a status hearing.
