A Twin Falls man has entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit burglary in a case that also involved a bomb threat at a local Walmart store.

19 year old Levi Hays entered his plea this week.  Hays was charged along with three other suspects after they allegedly phoned in a bomb threat to the Walmart Store on Pole Line Road in October creating a diversion that was planned to allow them to rob a restaurant on Kimberly Road.  The four were planning on using the money to gamble with at some eastern Idaho casinos.  Three others have also been charged in the case including 19 year old Angel Estabrook, 23 year old Cassius Reynolds and 21 year old Terry Plew.  Hays is scheduled to be sentenced in late February.
