A Twin Falls man had to be taken to the hospital after an early morning house fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 546 2nd Avenue north at around three this morning.  When they arrived they found a male, who’s been identified as Louis Tanaka, on the roof of the 2nd story house.  Firefighters were able to rescue Tanaka and he was taken to Saint Luke"s Magic Valley regional Medical Center by Ambulance.  They were able to bring the fire, which was limited to the second story, under control in about a half an hour.  Investigators believe the fire was caused by faulty wiring.
