Just when we were worried that this week hadn't had enough 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,' ABC is happy to oblige. Like 'Sons of Anarchy''s most recent entry into the 'Talking Dead' aftershow genre, ABC and Verizon will sponsor Marvel's ratings breakout drama with a weekly 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Declassified' aftershow to dissect each episode, and feature special guests and surprises for fans.

As reported by Variety, rather than debut immediately after each Tuesday's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' episode, 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Declassified' will instead air online each subsequent Monday to prepare viewers for the next day's installment. Comedian Brett Ehrlich will host 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Declassified' beyond the usual talk-show format, as well, presenting comedic recaps, sketches and featurettes highlighting the previous week's episode.

Even more than the standard weekly recap, however, ABC announced that three of the episodes will air as "special expanded installments" designed to “explore and celebrate” some of the ABC drama's ’ most “provocative storylines” with special guests, presumably cast and crew of the show, among others. Verizon has also been announced to sponsor a “Declassified” hub adjacent to the aftershow, featuring live social feeds, Twitter polls and sharable content.

We're hardly surprised to see the "aftershow" catching on so fervently, especially for 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,' given its 11.9 million-viewer debut, but what do you think? Would you want to see 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' given its own weekly discussion show, even if it airs the day before instead? Watch the first segment above, and check out the pilot episode for yourself if you haven't seen!
