Republican presidential candidate and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney is coming back to Idaho. As of early July, Romney had raised $214,625 from Idaho making up 80 percent of all contributions to presidential candidates from state residents. At $2,500 a ticket for the reception and $500 a plate for lunch, the upcoming August 19th event is likely to boost that number significantly. Maurice Charlat, former chair of the Blaine County Republicans, tells the Idaho Mountain Express that Romney's visit could help other Republican candidates as well.  However, he adds that, he's not certain how receptive Blaine County will be toward Romney himself.
