Chef, Kathy Fitzgerald, designed the cafe with the local community in mind. She hopes the cafe will invite you in for delicious food and drink options.

Kathy and her team are dedicated to working closely with local farmers and ranchers to stock Yellow Brick Cafe full of the freshest and best products our rich Idaho soil has to offer.

Open for breakfast and lunch, Yellow Brick Cafe will offer fresh and healthy options like house-made granola with local organic berries and local honey, toasted oatmeal with house-made raspberry chia jam, farm-fresh skillet eggs with local vegetables, freshly baked pastries, Super Food bowls, rotating soup & sandwich combos, Organic pour-over coffee, espresso drinks, organic cold-pressed juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, acai bowls, and yes..... local beer and wine!
