Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) Twin Falls sheriff Deputies are investigating the report of a man who attempted to strangle a woman. Twin Falls County Deputy Ray Dennis in court records said that they responded to a home near Murtaugh on Sunday may 18, just before 10pm. A female claimed that Lizandro Sosa had placed her in a headlock. When she tried to escape, he put his other arm around her neck. At the time the woman said the Sosa had been using methamphetamine. He was acting strange and hallucinating. Court records say the man was shouting at people who were not there. By the time deputies arrived, Lizandro had left the home through a bedroom window. He was later located near Murtaugh where he was arrested and charged with attempted strangulation.
