SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) — A Bonners Ferry woman who pleaded guilty to calling in a phony bomb threat last November has been ordered to spend 180 days in jail and pay nearly $2,000 in restitution.

The sentence was handed down Tuesday for 48-year-old Robin Ann Eby. She pleaded guilty in June to phoning in a threat that emptied out the Bonner County Administration Building on the eve of last November's general election. The Bonner County Daily Bee reports Eby (http://bit.ly/1asfFfO ) placed the call the same day she was scheduled to be sentenced on a drug charge.

The judge gave Eby credit for already serving 97 days in jail. Eby was also ordered to serve three years of probation, pay more than $1,000 in court fines and costs and complete 100 hours of community service.
