The 29,000 plus square foot structure will be the Applied Technology and Innovation Center with training programs for environmental technology, heating and air conditioning, wind energy and manufacturing technology.  Over $4-million dollars of the total price tag will be paid for by a federal grant and it’s scheduled for completion in the summer of 2013.  Officials say the construction of this building will bring all the technical programs at CSI under one roof instead of scattered over the campus.
