No Canyon Jump from Twin Falls in 2014

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- The posibility of a jump across the Snake River Canyon from City Property is dead, for at least a year. Twin Falls City Councilman Jim Munn made a motion to not allow a special event at the Evel Knievel jump site for at least a year effective February 10th 2014. The motion passed 4 to 3. Councilwoman Rebecca Mills-Sojka, Councilman Chris Talkington and Barigar voted no to the motion. The city will not move forward with negotiations with any party on a jump across the canyon from Twin Falls property.
