North Idaho Man Killed in ATV Crash

VALLEY COUNTY, Idaho -- The Valley County Sheriff's Office reports that a 70-year-old Coeur d'Alene man was killed Thursday morning while riding an ATV near Profile Summit between Yellow Pine and Big Creek. Investigators say Jerry Tucker was headed to Big Creek on his 2011 Honda ATV when he left the road and rolled down an embankment into a creek. Tucker was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
