One Injured in Crash at Highway 93 and Interstate 84

JEROME COUNTY, Id. ( KMVT - KSVT ) At least one person was sent to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 93 at the I-84 junction.

The incident happened just after 8 p.m. Wednesday evening in Jerome County. Witnesses describe seeing a pickup not moving at the intersection on a green light. Multiple vehicles swerved around the truck, but a Dodge Caliber couldn't avoid the pickup and crashed into the bed.

One of the occupants inside the truck was transported to the hospital. Numerous agencies responded to the crash. Traffic was backed up for miles and reduced to only one lane.
