One Man Injured Following Shooting In Twin Falls County

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Twin Falls county sheriff deputies are investigating a shooting involving a man.  According to Lori Stewart with the Sheriff’s office, the male came to the Twin Falls hospital with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.  The incident happened in the foothills area south of Twin Falls.  At this point the victim is conscious and talking and it appears the injury is non life threatening. It appears the shooting may have been an accident.  Until the incident is further investigated, more information will not be released including the victims name, officials say.
