Bingham County prosecutors have reached a plea agreement in the case of a former Blackfoot High School athlete charged in a hazing case. Nathan Walker has reached a plea agreement,  canceling his trial, which was scheduled to start Tuesday morning. Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Randy Smith said he would not reveal the details because the cases involving two other defendants are still scheduled for trial. Walker was charged with one count of principal to battery and five charges of principal to false imprisonment, all misdemeanors. The victims have said they were held down in the locker room and touched inappropriately. The hazing is alleged to have occurred during the 2009-10 basketball season at Blackfoot High.
