A Twin Falls man

ins behind bars after police say he caused an accident on I-84 last evening.  Idaho State Police received the call around 6 p.m. Wednesday regarding a 2-vehicle injury crash in the westbound lane of I-84 near the Gooding and Jerome County line.  The State Police say 51 year old Mark Leonard  of Twin Falls was traveling at a high rate of speed when he attempted to pass between a semi-truck and another vehicle driven by 39 year old Dexter Tiggs of Gooding.  Leonard's vehicle struck the passenger side of Tiggs' vehicle causing it to go into a slide.  Tiggs' vehicle went into the median where it rolled one time, coming to rest on its wheels.  Tiggs and his passenger, 45 year old Lisa Lucas of Gooding, were both transported to North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding with minor injuries.  Leonard was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol.   Westbound traffic was down to one lane for approximately two hours.
