Police Identify Teenage Crash Victim

Police have identified the teenage victim of a one-car accident near Buhl over the weekend.  The driver of the Crown Victoria that crashed into a tractor and came to rest after hitting a barn was identified as 17 year old Hugo DeLarosa.  He died at the scene which wasn’t discovered until several hours after it occurred.   At last report an unidentified passenger in the car was in critical condition at St. Lukes Medical Center in Boise.  DeLarosa was a former student at Buhl High School.
