TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- Police are looking for a man who robbed a Zions Bank in Twin Falls Tuesday morning.

According Twin Falls Police it happened just before noon at the bank located near the Magic Valley Mall. Police say a silent alarm alerted them to the robbery. Police are looking for a male individual about six feet tall medium build with brownish hair. He was wearing light green shorts, yellow long-sleeve shirt and a black baseball cap will yellow brim.

They say a gun was used during the robbery. It’s not known at this time what the man got away with. Police say he left the bank on a red off road motorcycle heading north. Police later found the bike at the Twin Falls Visitors Center. Witnesses at the visitor’s center told police that they saw a man leave the bike and get into a blue pickup truck.

7/10/13 -12:30 pm: It's believed a handgun was used but other details are unclear. The suspect apparently displayed the gun to the teller but did not point it at her. In the photos, he is holding gloves, police say. There were a few customers in the bank along with employees when the robbery occurred. Police are now saying that one witness identified the driver of the vehicle that the suspect got into as a female. That has not been confirmed. The suspect, authorities say was very calm when he gave the teller verbal instructions. Police are going over the motorcycle the suspect used when he left the bank. It was found at the visitors center. The motorcycle was not registered.

7/09/13 - 12:28 PM: It’s been confirmed by Police that a weapon was involved. It’s not known if anything was taken from the bank.

7/09/13 - 12:25 PM: According to police a witness said they saw someone leave the bike at the visitors center and get into a blue colored vehicle with a female driver. The Idaho State Police and Jerome County Sheriff Deputies are monitoring traffic on the north side of the bridge to the 93-84 Junction.

7/09/13 - 12:12 PM: The suspect is described as 6 feet tall, very tan or brown skin, Brown hair in his 40’s wearing light green shorts, Black hat with a yellow brim and a long sleeve yellow shirt. He was riding a older model red dirt bike. The search is currently around the visitors Center. According to scanner traffic, the police are now saying that the suspect left the dirt bike and is in a Bluish Green Ford Ranger with a female driver.

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Twin Falls Police are currently investigating a hold up at Zions Bank in the 1800 Block of Blue Lakes North in Twin Falls. The suspect was reportedly last seen riding a red Dirt Bike. Authorities from Twin Falls police and The Idaho State Police are currently investigating.
