HELENA, Mont. — They were newlyweds, but she was having second thoughts about the 8-day-old marriage, court documents say. They drove the short distance from their Kalispell home to Glacier National Park, where they got into an argument.

He grabbed her by the arm, but she pulled away and shoved him face-first off a cliff to his death. Two months after Cody Lee Johnson’s body was found, federal prosecutors gave their version of what happened to the 25-year-old Kalispell man, and his wife, Jordan Linn Graham, 22, appeared in federal court on a second-degree murder charge.
