Rear-End Crash Sends Two to the Hospital Near Wendell
WENDELL, Idaho (KLIX) Two people were taken to the hospital after being hit from behind near Wendell Thursday morning. Roy Myers, age 51, of Martinsville, IL, was rear-ended in a Ford sedan on State Highway 46 at 8: 16 a.m. by a GMC pickup. The pickup was being driven by Kenneth Koch, age 32, of Twin Falls. Idaho State Police say it is not clear if Myers was pulling into or out of a driveway when he was hit. Myers was flown by air ambulance to a Boise hospital and his passenger, Danielle Myers, age 29, of Montana, was taken to a Twin Falls hospital. ISP says Koch was not wearing a seatbelt, but did not indicate if he had to be taken to the hospital.
