Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Twin Falls Fire and search and rescue personnel were called to help a stranded hiker just after 3pm along the canyon wall near Centennial Park.  Authorities say a 15 year old male was hiking along the cliffs and trails. He then began climbing up the rocks, slipped, fell and became stuck on a ledge where he couldn’t go up or down.  A person above him was able to throw down a rope which stabilized him until rescue personnel could get to him. They were able to lower him to the bottom of the cliff where he was able to walk out.  Authorities say he was not seriously injured, suffering just some bumps and bruises.
