BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Mitt Romney is stumping for Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter and U.S. Sen. Jim Risch just two years after he won more than 60 percent of the vote in Idaho during the 2012 presidential race. The former Massachusetts governor and Republican presidential nominee joined Otter and Risch on Wednesday at a Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Boise where he gave them his endorsement amid Idaho lawmakers and Romney supporters. Romney says he's endorsing Republican governors and senate hopefuls across the country with the hope of gaining Republican control in the U.S. Senate and keeping control of red states.

Otter is seeking a third-term against Democratic opponent and Boise businessman A.J. Balukoff. Risch is hoping to secure a second term against political newcomer Democratic opponent Nels Mitchell.
