The GOP  presidential races got a lot more interesting in Idaho Tuesday.  First, two stops for Rick Santorum in Idaho, then a conference call ahead of Mitt Romney's visit on Friday and a suprise announcement that Ron Pual will be in Twin Falls on Thursday.  All of this leading up to the March 6th GOP caucuses.  Before a crowd of around 2000 people Santorum, who is now running neck and neck with Mitt Romney, talked about his strengths and his conservative values. Earlier in the day Governor Butch Otter and Idaho Senator Jim Risch held a conference call to shore up support for Romney.   Just before Santorum's event Ron Paul supporters released details on an event to take place Thursday in Twin Falls. Their presidential candidate will be speaking at 11:30 at the Roper Auditorum in Twin Falls tomorrow morning. The event is free. The doors open at 10:45.  Finally,

Friday will be a big day for Mitt Romney in Idaho. Romney will appear at a fundraising event in Boise. He will also  be speaking at Guerdon Enterprises, a modular building manufacturer in Southeast Boise, at 1:30 pm Friday. That event is free and open to the public.
