A 32-year-old Rupert woman faces several charges after police say she stole a doctor's prescription pad and forged prescriptions for several medications. The Times-News reports Jamie Marie Kloer was charged April 12with seven counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, five counts of forgery and two counts of burglary. Kloer is charged with forging the signatures of two physicians on prescriptions she filled and two pharmacies in Burley. A preliminary hearing is set for Friday morning in 5th District Magistrate Court in Cassia County.
