A 32-year-old Rupert man appeared for an arraignment in the weekend shooting death of his brother yesterday.  Damon Wayne Azure appeared in 5th District Court Wednesday via video and sitting in a restraint chair. Judge Nicole Cannon read Azure his rights. His public defender, Marilyn Paul, told the judge she did not believe he had any questions. Azure is charged with first-degree murder in the death his 31 year old brother who was shot in the head, mouth and torso. The victim was found lying in front of Damon Azure's car near Twin Falls Park north of Kimberly. Damon Azure would not cooperate with efforts to hold arraignment hearings Monday or Tuesday. Judge Cannon ordered Azure be held without bail.
