Twin Falls- The South Central Public health district wants seniors to be careful as they head to the garden this spring. Health officials say it’s important to take precautions to prevent falls. According to the health district falls are the leading cause of accidental injury deaths among Idahoans 65 years old and up.  Health officials say its important for seniors to stay active to prevent falls.
