Services Set for Twin Falls Teen Killed in Skiing Accident
TWIN FALLS, Id. ( KMVT/KSVT ) Memorial services for a Twin Falls High School Student who passed away following a skiing accident last weekend have been finalized.
Services for 14-year-old Taylor Camryn Biggs will be held this weekend in Twin Falls. A visitation is scheduled for Friday from 6-9 P.M. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home. Bigg’s funeral service will be held Saturday at 3 P.M. at the Twin Falls Reformed Church on Grandview Drive. Biggs passed away on Sunday following a skiing accident at Soldier Mountain in Fairfield.
She was one of several Twin Falls students on a ski club trip to the resort. Soldier Mountain posted on Facebook Wednesday afternoon that it will be operating on limited hours Saturday. The post read, “we are shutting down the mountain early out of respect for Taylor Biggs and her family, and to provide the opportunity for anyone within the Soldier Mountain family to pay their respects during her memorial service.”
A GoFundMe page has been created to help the family offset rising medical costs and funeral expenses.
