Be aware there are several types of children's medicines sold by CVS that are being recalled. Here is the information that was released by the FDA.

This is a voluntary recall by the manufacturer due to variations in the amount of a key ingredient. Check your medicine cabinets and see if you have these UPC codes:

  Product: CVS Homeopathic Kids' Ear Relief Liquid 0.85 fl. oz. Lot: 33149

The homeopathic products have a very small amount of belladonna, a substance that can cause harm at larger doses. The company is voluntarily recalling the product out of an abundance of caution.
