TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- Bureau of Land Management battled two fires the broke out during the weekend. BLM fire crews in Twin Falls responded to two fires in the western part of the Magic Valey.

The first fire, the Sinking Canyon Fire, started around 9:30 p.m. Friday night just 6 miles northwest of Buhl. Fire crews planned to have the blaze contained by Saturday evening. The fire burned 350 acres of private land and what caused it is not known. BLM crews  also battled a second fire that started northwest of Gooding, near McKinney Butte.
