Streaming TV & Cutting the Cord

I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. You’ve heard of cutting the cord?

Research shows most people settle on 7 favorite channels and watch little else.

It’s where you dump cable or satellite TV in favor of web streaming. I did some research and currently with Netflix, PlayStation Vue and Amazon Prime TV I’m still paying roughly 100 dollars less per month than I did to my satellite provider. I’m dumping Netflix soon and replacing it with MLB TV (baseball).

The decision came about when I got sick of paying for dozens of shopping channels and when I found few movies or Christmas specials I wanted to watch. Research shows most people settle on 7 favorite channels and watch little else. The only thing so far I find disappointing is when watching a high paced hockey game. The picture appears “jerky”. Otherwise I’m going to binge watch The Man in the High Castle this weekend.
