U of I, IBOE, Deny Liability In Lawsuit
(AP) The University of Idaho and the state Board of Education are denying allegations made against them in a lawsuit filed by a former student who fell out of a fraternity house window in 2009. Lawyers for the university and state board recently filed responses in the lawsuit brought by Amanda Andaverde of Caldwell and her parents.
