You never know when one moment in time will change your life forever. Carlene was married to Tony. John was a student at CSI in Twin Falls. One moment of distracted driving by John cost Tony his life. This is their story.

When you're a first responder, you would love to forget some of the many accidents in our area. Unfortunately, the lives lost remain in your memory. This is especially true of an accident many years ago that involved a mother and infant killed near Filer. Sergeant Ken Mencl from the Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office recalls what happened that sad day.

According to police reports, their vehicle failed to yield at that stop sign and was hit by another vehicle in the driver's side door. Deven and Baily were pronounced dead at the scene.
