According to troopers, the wind has caused traffic problems throughout the night in Jerome, Cassia and Minidoka Counties.

A truck topped onto its side blocking an exit off of Interstate 84 just west of Burley Monday night. Charles O. Williams, age 68, of Charleston, Missouri, was driving a newer Volvo semitrailer at a little after 10 a.m. when he drove onto the shoulder, hit a road sign, over corrected, then hit the exit sign while coming back onto the roadway, according to Idaho State Police.
