Murder Trial On Hold For Rupert Man

A murder trial for a Rupert man accused of killing his brother won’t be happening in the near future.  Damon Azure has been held in the Twin Falls County Jail since being arrested for killing his brother, 31 year old Seanachan Azure, near Twin Falls Park on February 12th north of Kimberly.

Apparent Murder Victim Identified

We now know the identities of those involved in a murder in Twin Falls county over the weekend. A police chase started early Sunday and ended near Hansen.  Later that morning, the car police had been chasing was reported to have been involved in an accident on 3500 E in Twin Falls County.  When Twin Falls County sheriff's deputies arrived, 31 year old Seanachan  Azure,  was found lying in the road in a pool of blood, and his brother 32 year old Damon Azure was sitting in the driver's seat of the Ford Taurus.

Murder Charge Dropped Against Burley Man

A charge of second degree murder has been dropped against a Burley man after a judge ruled there is not enough evidence in the case to convict.  24 year old Michael Thompson was arrested in December after a passenger in his pickup, 21 year old Michael Blair of Burley was found shot to death in Thompson’s pickup.
