A recent survey seems to indicate that drug and marijuana usage among Idaho students may be trending upward  The 2011 Idaho Youth Risks Behavior Survey released this month by the Idaho State Dept. of Education indicates that 18.8-percent of Idaho’s high school students say they had used marijuana at least once within the last month.  That’s a five percent increase over 2009.  65 percent said they
