State schools Superintendent Tom Luna opened the first meeting of his “Students Come First” Technology Task Force yesterday with a speech calling on Idaho to become a “global leader” in education.
State School Superintendent Tom Luna has announced the names of those who will be serving on a 38 member technology task force. It's that task force that will decide on how to implement the technology initiatives in the Luna "Students Come First" education laws.
Idaho schools chief Tom Luna will be in Twin Falls on Thursday for the Magic Valley leg of his post legislative tour. It is an event that happens every year after lawmakers leave the Capitol.
Tuition fees are going up again at the College of Southern Idaho. The CSI student government representatives voted this week to pay another $5 per credit, making the tuition fee $110 per credit hour at CSI.
