I-84 East And Westbound Lanes Now Open
4:30PM Update: Idaho Transportation Department has opened both westbound and eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 from mileposts 95 to 137. However, there are still some westbound lane restrictions. From mileposts 115 to 120, is currently still closed so tow trucks can clear out several semi-trucks involved in the series of crashes earlier today

Allegedly he started screaming on the flight and tried to choke a fellow passenger after drinking a bottle of duty-free alcohol. The crew had to get a little...inventive to resolve the situation. Their solution certainly restrained him, but didn't do much to shut him up, as we now know, thanks to this video of him trying to scream through the duct tape over his mouth.
