4:30PM Update: Idaho Transportation Department has opened both westbound and eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 from mileposts 95 to 137. However, there are still some westbound lane restrictions. Hey, remember this picture of the drunk guy on a flight from Iceland to New York City who had to be restrained with duct tape and zip ties? Allegedly he started screaming on the flight and tried to choke a fellow passenger after drinking a bottle of duty-free alcohol. The crew had to get a little...inventive to resolve the situation. Their solution certainly restrained him, but didn't do much to shut him up, as we now know, thanks to this video of him trying to scream through the duct tape over his mouth.
